Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Standard delivery usually takes between 4 to 6 business days, meaning your order should arrive within approximately 5 to 8 business days after purchase.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, Eira Mode will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the return postage.

Currently, Eira Mode ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. However, we are actively working on expanding our delivery service to other countries soon.
