Return Policy

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back in their original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
  • If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, Eira Mode will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fees are applied to returned items.
