4. Return Shipping
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning an item due to personal preference or size, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method with insurance.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Eira Mode will provide a prepaid return label along with full return instructions.
5. Return Address
Important: Please do not send any returns to our business address without prior confirmation. The correct return address may vary depending on your location or product type. Always wait for instructions from our Customer Service team to avoid delays or lost packages.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, you’ll receive an email confirmation regarding your refund status.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your order.
- Bank Delays: Your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 5–7 business days to post the refund to your account. This timeline is beyond our control.

Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued:
- If the item returned is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us.
- If the return request is submitted after the 30-day window.
- If the return packaging is insufficient and results in damage during transit, a partial deduction may apply to cover loss in value.
7. Exchanges
We’re happy to assist with product exchanges whenever possible.
- Process: To exchange your product for another color, size, or model, please email us at info@eiramode.com. We’ll confirm availability and provide instructions for returning the original item and receiving the replacement.
- Shipping Costs: If the exchange is due to a customer preference (such as size or color change), the customer is responsible for shipping fees. If the product is incorrect or defective, Eira Mode will cover all related shipping costs.
8. Items Arriving Damaged or Defective
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item appears damaged or faulty, contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve it quickly.

- Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
After reviewing your case, we will arrange the most suitable solution—such as a replacement, exchange, or full refund—at no additional cost to you.
9. Incorrect Delivery Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll try to make changes before your order ships, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed.
Undelivered Orders: If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we’ll get in touch to arrange a solution. Please note:
- Return and re-shipping fees may apply.
- If you prefer a refund instead of re-delivery, the original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
